Orange Truffles always manage to leave guests mesmerized.

Their creamy chocolaty soft center melts alway in the mouth and a tang of orange accentuates the aroma of cognac.

Truffles make a wonderful homemade edible gift as they are very simple to make and yet taste and look "Patisserie" made. Sometimes it is hard to believe that it is homemade because they taste so professional.
