Orange Nutella Loaf

Beside Nutella, this loaf also has some white chocolate chips in it :)

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 c sugar

1 egg

1/3 cooking oil

1 c orange juice, store bought, any brand

1 tsp vanilla essence

Dry Ingredients:

2 c flour

1 tbsp baking powder

Chocolate Ingredients:

1/2 c white chocolate chips

Nutella, just enough

Preheat oven to 350 F

Beat well wet ingredients then pour in juice, stir with wooden spoon.

Stir in essence.

Mix well dry ingredients then add in white chocolate chips, stir to coat

Grease a loaf pan, pour a little batter then spread a little nutella

Pour more batter covering nutella, then top with more nutella

Repeat step until all batter is used up

Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, about 45 minutes
