1/2 cup vegetable oil
cooking oil spray
Tools:
mixing bowl
spatula
1/4 cup measuring cup
1/2 cup measuring cup (optional)
cupcake liners
Mix the Ingredients
Pour the entire bag of brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Then crack the two eggs into the bowl, and pour the 1/4 cup of water into the bowl.
Mix the contents for 30 seconds, or until the mixture looks smooth and dark brown.
Then pour the 1/2 cup of vegetable oil into the mixture, gently folding it into the mix.
Preparing the Cupcake Liners
Place the liners in each of the cupcake holes.
With the cooking oil spray, spray some oil on the base of each cupcake liner.
Creating the Cupcake
Place an oreo at the bottom of each of the liners.
Then scoop some of the brownie mixture onto each of the Oreos.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake the Cupcakes
After the oven finishes preheating, place the tray of cupcakes inside the oven, and set the timer to bake for 28 minutes.
Cool Down and Enjoy
After the cupcakes are finished baking, take them out of the oven with a mitten.
BE CAREFUL, because the cupcake tray will be hot.
Let the cupcakes cool down before trying them out.
Enjoy!
