Oreo Truffles & Strawberry Snow Cone

The other day I was very bored and hungry but I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered the oreo truffles and I decided to do a few ones. It was also very hot so I decided to do a snow cone too.
This recipe is very simple and yummy and, as you can also see, perfect for those moments when you don't know what to do.

Ingredients for the Oreo Truffles

-8 oreos or any other type of cookie cream
-1 spoon of cheese cream
-Chocolate
-I've also used some oreo crushed pieces to decorate

Crush the Oreos and Mix With the Cheese Cream

Put all the oreos in the food processor and crush them until you have oreo sand.
Then put the cheese cream in the food processor too and mix everything until you have a cream.
Then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Melt the Chocolate

I think it's all said.

Make the Truffles

With a little spoon take part of the oreos cream and make a ball. Dip the balls into the chocolate and decorate them with the oreo pieces. Put them in the refrigerator again.

Final Result

Enjoy them but remember we haven't finished yet.

The Snow Cone

I have a snow cone machine so I'll show you how to make a snow cone.
You'll need ice cubes and a strawberry syrup(the flavour is optional).
Put the ice and turn the machine on.
The snow will start going out.
Put some syrup and a straw to decorate it.
