Legs for a school chair that are an aid in standing on the chair.

The legs are designed for a chair whose leg diameter is 19.2 mm.

The rear leg angle is 65 degrees and the front leg angle is 95 degrees.

Printing the Legs

Print both parts from PETG material.

Place the files with the bottom of the object placed on the print surface. Print with a filling of 45% in PETG material.

Printing the TPU Insert

Print the two flexible parts in TPU.

Place the files with the bottom of the object placed on the print surface. The ideal print fill for friction and pressure work is 10%.

Stick the Anti-slip

Stick the stickers in the recesses on the bottom of the model.

Insert the insert itself along the entire length of the leg.

Insert under pressure and position the TPU parts so that it is one piece with the chair

Press the insert against the insert to place it at the desired angle and create a geometric lock between the parts.
