PVC Fenders:

it becomes rainy here so i decided to make this

Materials:

PVC PIPE

bracket

screws

Blow torch / Heat gun

hacksaw

wrench

ball hammer

STEPS:

1. Cut the PVC pipe into half (i'm using a 50mm tube with 2.4mm thick)

2. Heat it slowly using your torch or heat gun until it became soft then bend it  then cool it down if it is hot (note: if your tires are wide & cannot cover with the size of the PVC then slowly heat it again using your torch or heat gun then make it flat until it covers your tires.)

WARNING: Do not heat it too long or it will leave marks just like mine or destroy the project.

3. Drill holes in the fender for the screws

4. Then install and align it because sometimes when you bend it, it does not align correctly.

That's it where done.
