Pancake Cupcakes With Maple Bacon Frosting
Cupcake Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick Mix
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 stick of butter (optional)
Frosting
4oz of Softened Cream Cheese
4tbsp of Softened Butter
1tbsp of Maple Syrup
1tbsp of Bacon drippings
1cup of sugar
Maple Bacon
3 trips of Bacon
1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
Put you bacon in aluminum foil and cover with maple syrup. Bake until it's as crispy as you'd like. Cut up the bacon in small strips once finished.
While the bacon is baking, mix together the cupcake/pancake ingredients. Line the cupcake tins with cupcake liners, non-stick aluminum foil, or non-stick spray. Pour in the batter into the cupcake tin until 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.
Soften the butter and cream cheese add the sugar, bacon drippings, and syrup.
Once all is done, the bacon then the frosting can go on or frosting then bacon.
