You will need:
2 paper clips
Electrical tape
Rubber band

Unwinding

Unwind the paper clip

Rubber Band Clamps

Bend the paper clip on both sides so it will hold a rubber band

Putting the Rubber Band On

Put the rubber band in and twist it

Grip

Making the Arrow

Add Tape
