Take the colour you would like to use to make your flower petals and cut it into a rectangle approximately 30cm long and 5 cm wide. Now make a a little fold against the edge. Carefully press this down.

Now cut all along the rectangle but do not cut into the fold. Do not make the cuts too big or too small try to make them about 0.5 cm to 1 cm wide.

Now that you have made the cuts start to roll the cuts to curl them. Roll it up till it reaches the fold.
