What you will need to make these paper medallions is simply, a glue stick, ribbon or string, scissors, a hole puncher, and three medium to lager colorful paper, like what you could buy at ''Michel's'' for around $.98 each, and lastly you will need six worn book pages cut out.

Fold the Paper:

Once you have acquired all the necessary things you will begin to fold the larger paper accordion style. After you are done with one it should look like a classic paper fan, that's good. Then do the same to the other three.

How to Put Together:

Now that they look like paper fans you should proceed to fold each fan in half, then crease the edge. Once this is complete they should now have two sides, then take your glue stick and put it on one of the open fan flaps that is / or should be on the inside ( As shown above) , then press down. Then do the same to the other two fans.

Putting It Together:

Once each of the papers is glued in that format you should have three small paper fans. Then you will proceed to glue each together , this should create you first paper medallion. Then do step 1-4 with the book pages but including all six not just three.

The Final Touches:

Once both medallions are complete you cal use a hole puncher to make a clean cut and get the ribbon through. Now tie it , and enjoy!
