Paper Shuriken

Here is how to make a paper shuriken (throwing star, ninja star.)

Start With 2 Pieces of Letter Paper.

Get 2 Pieces of Letter Paper.

Fold the Paper Into Triangles.

Fold the top corner (whichever one you want), to the side as far as it will go. Make sure you have a flat edge and a sharp corner.

Cut Off the Edges of the Paper.

Use a scizzors to cut off the rectangular shape on the bottom.

Unfold.

Unfold the paper.

Fold in Half and Unfold.

Fold the paper in half and unfold it so it looks like this. Make sure the fold is even.

Fold the Rectangles to the Middle.

Fold the upper and lower rectangles to the middle (where the fold is.)

Fold the Top Rectangle Down and Fold to the Side.

Fold the rectangles to each other so it is a smaller rectangle. Fold your result in half.

You Need to Fold One Side Up and One Side Down.

Fold one up and one down on the middle crease. Make sure they are opposite of each other.

Flip Over and Fold the Squares on the Edges Into Triangles That Match With the Picture.

Flip the pieces of paper over and fold the squares on the edges of the papers. Make sure they look like triangles, not parallelograms. as shown in the picture.

Fold the Triangles Over.

Fold the triangles over and give them a nice crease.

Unfold.

Unfold the paper.

Flip 1 Over and Lay It on Top.

Flip 1 of the paper pieces over and lay it on top.

Tuck Two of the Corners Into the Pocket.

Tuck 2 of the corners into the pockets on the shuriken. This should be on one of the pieces of the paper.

Flip Over and Repeat Step 13 and Flatten It With Something.

Flip over the paper shuriken and repeat step 13 and flatten it. You just made your own ninja star!!
