Paper Storage Box!

This instructable is going to teach you how to make a storage box out of paper. The size of the resulting box is dependent on the size of the paper you use. It is recommended that you have a ruler to measure and crease folds.

First, you need to have a table or other adequately sized area to work with, laying your paper on the table.

Fold the paper down the middle, making the ends of the paper meet.

Repeat this process, folding the paper across both ways. Your paper should have the cross folds as shown.

Now take a corner and fold it in towards the center. Repeat this for all four corners.

Next, fold the edge over, but be sure not to fold it into the middle of the sheet, as you will want to create two folds that divide the paper into three sections as shown above. I used a ruler to measure the page and divide it into the three sections, marking where to fold, which makes it easier.

Repeat this for all four sides of the paper.

Grab two opposite edges in the center and unfold them. Then grab the still folded-in edges and fold them up as shown.

Grab the folded-out part of the paper by the sides as shown and fold in the edges. Two paper edges will form and fold in together.

Now fold in the edge over the two folded points, creating three sides of the box.

Repeat this for the opposing side, making sure that both sides fold in, and you have successfully created a paper box.
