Daffodil
Take your daffodil pattern. Take the small part of the pattern (The throat) and roll the inside petals. Roll the throat into a cylinder and glue together. Use a paperclip to hold the flower in place while your glue dries. Cut the outside of the flower and slightly roll the end of the flower. Put glue on the fold tabs on the throat and pates them to the petals.
Poppy
Cut out your poppy using your template.
Cut along the solid line to the middle. Fold on the dotted lines.
Curl the end of the petals with your fingers, toothpick, paper clip or other small object
Overlap the two bottom petals and glue together. Once glued together you can paper clip the flower together to let it dry. You might need to trim the two petals that were glued together to make them uniform.

Rose
Cut out your rose template and make your rose in the color of construction paper of your choice. You will be cutting a full spiral. For the notch in the middle you can fold the paper over and make a small snip with your scissors. You could also use an exact-o knife.
Roll the spiral with your fingers to make the paper more ply able. Once you have a rose shape you like, push the outer edge of the spiral (this is the enter of the curled pattern) down through the slit. notch the rolled paper below the last spiral and lock the center slot into the notch.

Tulip
Cut your template out of the paper color of your choice.
Fold the paper along the dotted lines (I forgot to fold the middle of each pedal and did it after I glue it into place. OOPS!
Curl the petals
The small tabs on two of the petals should be folded over and glue added to the outside of them, these are your tabs to glue the flower together.

Attach to Paper
I was making this to go into a shadow box and as an example to use for my 4th graders next year. So I decided to hook the flowers to black paper and use white writing.
Other things you could do:
Use green paper rolled together to make stems, glue the flowers to the stems and create a papercraft flower arrangement.
Attach to a heart, show your love
Put in a paper basket (create a fun paper may day basket)
Use as accents to other paper crafts
Reduced the templates to make smaller version
Use a smart board to create huge versions for a room or a theater production

Finishing Touches
Cut out green strips with a pointed end. Roll for vines and leaves. There is no right or wrong to this, I didn't make a template because I felt that for this project I didn't want the leaves to be uniformed in shape.
I added the saying at the bottom to give to my mother for Mother's Day
Roses are red
violets are blue
no one is as sweet
as a mom like you
I also added some detail to the flowers, small black spots in the center of the tulips and round black circles for the inside of the poppies
I will added more pictures to this instructable as I do other things using these fantastic papercraft flowers!
I would love to see what you come up with using papercraft flowers! lease let me know if you need any help or have any questions! Enjoy!
