Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza

A delicious pizza that is a perfect dessert for any get together!  This pizza involves a peanut butter cookie crust, chocolate Nutella sauce, almond shavings resembling the cheese, chocolate coins for pepperoni, and then nuts as one of the many toppings you can put on this delicious dessert! And don't forget it tastes great with milk!;D

INGREDIENTS

For peanut butter cookie dough
-flour 1 3/4 cups
-salt 1/2 teaspoon
-baking soda 1 teaspoon

In separate bowl
-peanut butter 1/2 cup
-white sugar 1/2 cup
-brown sugar 1/2 cup
-1 egg
-vanilla 1 teaspoon
-milk 2 teaspoons

Mix bowls together

Flatten dough and lip up sides

Oven

preheat 375*
bake for 15-20 minutes or until turning brown

TOPPINGS
-nutella
-chocolate coins
-almond shavings
-nuts
-choose anymore toppings you would like

bake again for 2 minutes to melt chocolate coins
