2 Bananas
4 Cups of baby spinach
1 can of Pineapple
2 Cups of mixed frozen berrys
11/2 Cups of plain vanilla Yogurt
Add Orange Juice or Water to thin out
4 Cups of baby spinach

Add Orange Juice or Water to thin out
First
Slice 2 Bananas into small slices
Second
Add four cups of fresh spinach to blender
Then add bananas & blend
Then add bananas & blend
Third
Add 2 cups of frozen mixed berrys
Add 11/2 cups of plain vanilla yogurt
Add a few chunks of pineapple & blend
Add 11/2 cups of plain vanilla yogurt
Add a few chunks of pineapple & blend
Lastly
After blending pour into glasses & enjoy !
