Piano Key Coasters

Here we have coasters to go with my PIano lid coffee table.

When the table is finished I will post completed pictures. This one is done but needs small tweaks to make me happy an Polyurethane.

Materials

White paint

Blak sharpy/ paint

Polyurethane

A pecie of wood.

Every thing I used I found laying around in the garage from othere projects.

Tools

Saw

Printer

Small paint brush

Drimell

pin or what ever to make marks with

First I took this old peice of wood that would have just been eventualy thrown out and marked the mid point.

Next I cut it with a saw.

Next I printer out a lay out of some keys.

Then I put the lay out onto the wood.

I mark it with small marks then go back an fill in the lines.

Now I carve out the drawing, and sand it down.

I paint it, Then protect it with Polyurethane.


An sit back an enjoy then new coasters.
