Pineapple Upside-down Dump Cake
2 cans of crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
1 jar of maraschino cherries (drained)
1 box yellow or white cake mix
12 tablespoons unsalted butter
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a the casserole dish or 9x13” pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Pour the crushed pineapple (with the juice) and place cherries in the bottom of the dish. Open the cake mix and sprinkle the power evenly over the top.
Step 3
Cut up 1 1/2 sticks of butter and places evenly around the top of the cake mix.
Step 4: Bake Time
Bake for 35-45 minutes until the fruit starts to bubble up around the edges and the edges start to turn golden. I baked mine in a casserole dish that was 9 X 13 - Different pans will have different baking times, so start checking after 30 minutes.

Enjoy! You can serve with ice cream, whipped cream or eat all by itself.
