Pizza Box Glider

Do you have extra pizza boxes? Don't throw them away! With some time and hot glue you can make a very good glider that takes ten minutes to make.

Gather Materials

You will need a hot glue gun, protractor, 1 inch by 2 inch wood block, X-acto knife, Sharpie, meter stick, and three large pizza boxes.

Cut Wings

Cut out to wings 20 inches long and 7 inches wide with a 75 degree angle. Do this twice.

Cut the Body

Cut the body 21 inches long and 2 and 1 half inches wide do this two times as well.

Back Wings

Cut three five by six inches with a 2 and 1 half inch flat part at the top. These will be the back wings.

Glue the Body

First glue the body together.

Glue the Wings

Then glue the wings 7 inches from the edge of the body and 2 inches from the top of the plane.

Glue Back Wings

Then glue the back pieces on the very back of the plane with the two on the sides 2 inches in the middle.

Glue Wood Block

Now put a wood block right on the edge and it needs to be 1 inch by 2 inch.
