In a mixing bowl put together all the dry ingredients.

Add in the butter cubes and work it in to form a tough dough.

If the dough is too crumbly and dry add in 1/4tsp water...yes very little or else it will get too soft.

Knead well to a smooth dough. Wrap in a plastic bag and store in the fridge for around 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a sheet of around 1cm.

Sprinkle dried herbs on this dough sheet and roll the rolling pin briskly once over the sheet.

With a pastry cutter cut out parallel lines in a cris cross manner this gives little diamond shaped pieces.

Carefully lift each piece and place on a lined baking tray.

In a preheated oven, bake the tray at 200C for around 8-10 minutes.when the crust rises and looks golden brownish the Pizzalings are done.

Remove the tray from the oven and let them cool down completely.

When cooled store them in an airtight container.

Crunch, munch slurp....All gone easy and fast.
