As a first step, I neatly washed the carrots and peeled them carefully (image 2-3). As we all know carrots are conical and not cylindrical in shape. I choose the thick side. Then, I cut 2 inches of carrot on the thick side (image 4). I then used this carrot piece and slit the side so that it becomes a square prism (image 5). Then, I carefully with the help of the knife marked at 1/3 the distance on the square side and 2/3 on the length. With caution, I cut this rectangle as seen in image 6. Similarly, I flipped the side and cut all the other 3 sides. Thus, finally making a small table as seen in the very first image or last image. With this the table is ready. I made sure the level of legs are perfect so that the table stands erect and firm. By now the table is ready.

In this step, I took another 2 inches piece of carrot. and I then marked the legs like a tripod and removed 3 pieces and kept 3 intact. Which are the chair legs. The legs were ready. For the seat, I just cut a slice of the upper half and this became the seat and the backrest. See the final chair in image 1. Repeated all these steps for all 4 chairs. Then, I cut one thin slice of the carrot and placed this on top of the square table. This now became the circular table. By now, I had 1 table and 4 chairs ready.

Getting the Umbrellas Ready

In this step, I just cut one slice of the carrot. Made small notches to look like the umbrella. Pinned this to the toothpick and placed 2 small pieces of carrot at the bottom.

Hey, everything is ready for the poolside party. Are you ready too?
