Potato With Beef and Vegetables in One Pot
Do you know that we can make some variations of great, delicious and health dishes in one pot? Beside it is easy, also it is very simple to present great food, but healthy, too. My mom always teaches me to make a good food by experimenting with the ingredients. By doing this, we can trial and error until we get a perfect dish. No more further ado, let's start cooking.
Supplies
Ingredients:
Beef, sliced thin
2 small clove of garlic, sliced thin
1 small white onion, sliced thin
3 small potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
Frozen corn, green bean, and green pea
Green onion
Sesame oil
Salt
Corn oil
Sugar
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
White pepper
Mirin
Sesame seed, for garnish
Preparing the Sauce
In small bowl, put soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and mirin. Stir it to combine. Set it aside.
Cooking-Pt.1
In medium heat, pour some oil to the large frying pan. After the oil is hot, put the sliced potatoes in it. Arrange it nicely. Make sure do not stack the potatoes and do not overcrowded, otherwise, the potatoes will not cooked through evenly.
For about 2 minutes, flip it over. Do it the same with the other surface. After the potatoes are half cooked, set the potatoes aside to the edge of the frying pan.
Cooking-Pt.2
Still in medium heat, add beef to the frying pan. Arrange it nicely. Do not stack and overcrowded. Cook the beef until all surface of the beef cooked through. Do not forget to check the potatoes, too.
Cooking-Pt.3
After potatoes and beef are cooked, add garlic, white onion, frozen green bean, green pea, corn, green onion to the frying pan. Saute them together until all the vegetables are tender.
Cooking-Pt.4
Add the sauce mixture to the dish. Stir it combine and nicely. Add salt, white pepper, and sugar in it. Stir it until all incorporated. Add some water in it. Stir it again until the water is boiling. Remove from the heat. Serve the dish onto the bowl. Add some sesame seed for garnishing (optional).
