Potato Baked Pudding With Mushrooms

 Simple house recipe of potato baked pudding. Potato baked pudding can be cooked in the same way not with mushrooms, and with meat, cheese or other stuffings.


  It is required to you:

1. Potatoes 1kg
2. Salt of 1.25 tsp.
3. Butter of 80 g
4. Egg of chicken 3 pieces.
5. Field mushrooms of 500 g
6. Vegetable oil of 30 ml
7. Flour of wheaten 10 g
8. Parmesan (Parmidzhano Redzhano) of 50 g

Ingredients of the 1st stage:

• Potatoes of 1kg
• Salt of 1 tsp.
• Butter of 50 g
• Egg of chicken 3 pieces.

Ingredients of the 2nd stage:

• Field mushrooms of 500 g
• Vegetable oil of 30 ml
• salt  ¼ tsp

Ingredients of the 3rd stage:

• Butter of 10 g
• Flour of wheaten 10 g

From above to lay out the fried field mushrooms. If you love, it is possible to add also slightly fried onions.

Ingredients of the 5th stage:

• Parmesan (Parmidzhano Redzhano) of 50 g
• Butter of 20 g

 Bake at 180 degrees of 40-50 minutes. Don't think highly too that cheese wasn't overroasted.
