Mix All Ingredients

Ingredients::

1 small ripe banana

1 cup almond milk

3 tablespoons pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons old fashioned oats

1 tablespoon walnuts

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon chia seeds

ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions::

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. ENJOY!
