Quick and Easy Earbud Case
I don't know about you guys but, I am very hard on ear-buds I am sure that crushing ear-buds in my backpack, getting them caught on notebooks and textbooks trying to take them out of my backpack and constantly having to unknot them, is not helping this. So here is my solution, a quick and easy project that can be done in less then an hour.
this project was inspired by doodlecraft's upcycled soda bottle zipper pencil case, here's the link

remember have fun, be carful, be safe, and enjoy.
Materials
for this project you will need:
two soda bottles of the same type and size
scissors
a zipper that will go all the way around the bottles (I would not recommend using an invisible zipper)
a hot-glue gun and glue sticks for it ( I used a low temp glue gun, it holds the pieces together very well believe it or not)
a hobby knife
Prerare the Bottles
For this project I like to use 16oz bottles the best.
Cut the bottles right above the indents on the bottom. Then wash them out. if they're not already clean.
to cut the bottles I marked the line with a sharpie, then I stabbed through the bottle with a hobby knife, then I cut all the way around the bottle with a pair of scissors.
Glue the Zipper One the First Piece
with hot glue you need to work fast.
for this I put a small dot of hot glue on the piece of the bottle and glued the zipper to this spot, then to glue the zipper the rest of the way around the bottle I put the hot-glue on the zipper tape in small sections and pressed it to the bottle. this is the best method I have found for gluing these things together.
Glue the Zipper to the Second Piece
I used the same method to glue the zipper to this piece as I did to the other piece.
step back and admire your work, you're done, enjoy.
