What You'll Need

Along with your food processor, you'll need:

- Pita bread
- Juice from 1 lemon
- A touch of sour cream
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 packages of crab meat

Chopping the Crab

First you'll want to start with chopping up the crab. Take the meat out of both packages, put in in the processor and press pulse. I prefer pulse as it's easier to control. Make sure to put your hand over the top so no crab meat flys out. As well, use a spatula to push the crab off the sides.

Adding the Lemon, Cream Cheese, and Sour Cream

Now's time to add your lemon and cream cheese. Add the juice from 1 lemon and 6 oz of cream cheese to the processor. Press pulse to mix it up. Add a bit of sour cream to loosen the dip up. Also, add salt and pepper to taste.

Final Product
