Quick N Spicy Potato Fries
Where Potato is a rich source Vitamin C here are a few health benefits

- Fiber, magnesium and antioxidants.Resistant starch.
Now I know you can't wait anymore to have them
So , here is a quick Recipe for Potato fries.
Ingredients
- Potatoes(few)
- Chilli Powder
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Vegetable Oil
Peal and Cut
Now clean the Potato properly and Peal it well.
Chop Potato as shown in the images.
Soak these chopped potatoes in water and take out after a while like 2 mints
Dry them and keep em ready for the next step.
Adding Spices
Now it's time to add all the spices to the chopped Potatoes.
Add all the other Ingredients Corn Flour, Chili Powder, Salt, and a pinch of Turmeric.
Mix it well with a spoon or preferably with clean hands .
Now you'll have this.
Heat the Oil
Keep a pan on the Stove and turn on the flame.
Keep it low initially and Pour Oil.
Now increase the flame and wait till the Oil gets heater up.
Wait for 5 minutes so that we need more heated oil for this.
Put the Chopped Potato in Oil
Now as the Oil is Heated up it's time to add the chopped potatoes
Add potatoes in such a way that the total pan is filled up.
Wait until the Potatoes get into Golden Color and take em out of the oil .
Let the Oil drain .
Garnish and Serve
Now you are done with the potato fries.
Its time to garnish them with a little Coriander .
You can add tomato Katchup if needed.
Serve them hot and enjoy the Spicy Potato Fries.
