The macaroni doesn't come cooked out of the box. It comes as hard shapes of pasta. Like any other pasta recipe you'll need to cook this before actually adding desired flavors to it.

So pour the macaroni into a bowl and add water to it. Now place the bowl on stove and bring the water to boil. As the water boils, you'll notice that the pasta absorbs the water and becomes soft.

Turn off the flame after the pasta is cooked and keep it aside.

Clean and Chop

As the Pasta is being cooked, simultaneously, clean and wash all the required vegetables.

Chop them down to your preferred size. For this recipe, I would say medium sized vegetables would be the best. The Inventory for this recipe is not restricted only to these veggies. You can also add carrot and green peas if you want to.

If you're adding green peas, make sure that the peas are boiled before hand. This is because they're hard to cook.

Prepare the Flavoring

The flavoring is the one that gives life to that bland pasta you cooked earlier. So you can simply get creative and add anything you want to this.

Start off by heating some oil in a Shallow pan. Now, once the oil is heated, add the vegetables one after the other and shallow fry them till they're cooked.

Now add salt and required amount of red chili powder. I've also added a little bit of soy sauce to it as a personal preference. Mix them all well and stir till you get a nice aroma.

Mix It Well

Now that you have the flavoring prepared, it's time to mix the macaroni with it's flavor.

Drain out the remaining water and add in the remaining pasta into the pan where the flavor is being prepared. While the stove is still on, stir the contents very well so that the flavor gets into the pasta pretty well.

Once mixed properly, turn off the stove.

Serve Hot !

Once the pasta is properly mixed, transfer it onto a serving bowl. Top it up with a little bit of butter for extra kick in flavor. Also before garnish it with a few coriander leaves.

Serve it while it's hot !! Enjoy your tasty delicious macaroni !!
