Quick and Easy Pumpkin Bars

Tired of the same pumpkin pie and pumpkin cookies? Here is your answer! Quick and Easy Pumpkin Bars!  They don't take long and are delicious.

Total Time:
- Prep: 15 min
- Bake: 25 min
- Cooling: 5 min

Yield: makes 24 servings

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1-2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 cups chocolate chips (optional)

Icing:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
-1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk

Beat the Eggs, Sugar, Oil and Pumpkin in a Bowl Until Blended and Mixed

In a Separate Bowl, Mix Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt.

Add Mix From Step 2 Into Pumpkin Mixture and Be Sure to Mix Well. Add Chocolate Chips (optional).

Pour Mixture Into Non Greased 15x10x1 Baking Pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 Minutes.

Beat the Cream Cheese, Butter, Vanilla, and Confectioner's Sugar in a Bowl. Add Milk Until Desired Consistency Is Achieved.

Spread Over Pumpkin Bars and Store in Refrigerator.
