ROBOWAR ROBOT

As we know robowar is very interesting game so we made a robot for robowar.

thing we need..

1) 2 high torque motors

2) some Mild steel's strips

3) some wire and power source.

4) a workshop.

basiclly our robot will rotate at very high speed about 1000 rpm.firstly we take some M.S. strips and cut theme at desire dimensions by power hack saw.now i weld them making a rectangular of width=10cm,hight=15cm,length=26cm.

now we make holes in strips for motor holding by drill machine.

now we take a M.S. strip ( length of 50 cm)

nowwe take 2 M.S. strips about 5 cm long and weld them on 50cm long strip as shown in fig.

now make holes in rectangular bars and weapon system for joining both parts by nut and bolts.

now we assemble our robot.fristly we join rectangular bars and then we assemble motors after that weapons etc.

we are also adding extra weight for making robot heavy.

after all we added 2 caster wheels for balancing robot.

our robots main feature is that we can open its all parts so we can carry it easily.it tooks about 5-6 min for whole disassemble.U CAN C DISASSEMBLED AND ASSEMBLED PARTIN IMAGES.

it rotate at 1000 rpm so it can damage other robots wheels easily.

we dont need to protect our wheels bcz it rotate at 1000 rpm so no one can damage our wheels.

WE HAD PARTICIPATED IN 9 ROBOWAR.WE ARE WINNER OF 6 WAR AND RUNNER UP OF 2 WAR,WE LOST ONE WAR BCZ OUR CIRCUIT GOT FIRE.

UMMMMMM..... NOT SO BAD RESULT.
