Raspberry Clafoutis
A raspberry version of the classic French dessert. Ridiculously easy to make, beautiful and delicious!

Gather Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cup raspberries
Whisk Together Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Add Flour and Milk
Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually add the milk.
Assemble Clafoutis
Add raspberries to a buttered pie pan. Pour batter over fruit.
Bake
Bake at 325°F until the clafoutis is puffed and golden, 35–40 Minutes.
