Recycled Beer Bottle Bells
Most instruments cost a lot of money and when you buy them, they aren’t in tune. Making your own recycled instrument will add some creative joy in your life and you're helping the earth at the same time. Follow these steps to create an fantabulous instrument!
Items Needed
To make your instrument, the items needed are 6 12 ounce beer bottle, Duct tape (optional), drumsticks or chopsticks, and a Sharpie.
Making the Notes
Name the notes (C, D, E, F, G) with the Duct tape and Sharpie on the beer bottles. Arrange the bottles in alphabetical order.
Tuning
Use drumbot.com to tune the bells. Make the water level higher to make the sound lower or make the water lower to make a higher note.
After Tuning
When you finished tuning, an easy song to play is Jingle Bells. Notes are very easy and fun to play.
