Recycled Sliding Puzzle
A sliding puzzle that allows us to transform boxes into fun games, decorate it to taste and where we can surprise someone either with a photograph, a drawing or as in this case a magazine clipping.
Supplies
You will need a cardboard box, scissors, glue, rule pencil, you decorate it as you like. Find a small cardboard box you have, cut off the lid and use the base of the box and its sides.
The base will be the size of the frame.
With the help of a ruler measure its sides, so that when you fold them inwards the four sides are the same size.
Glue inside its two extreme sides, with the help of a ruler draw a straight line to cut out the remaining part of the upper part, once traced cut and glue inside as well.
This way we will be left with a frame
use a sheet of paper to measure the internal frame, this will serve as a guide to draw our puzzle or to paste a photograph.
In this case I looked for a picture from an old magazine, which had a similar size to my white guide and pasted over it.
once our image is glued, we turn our cardboard over and on the back side we separate our space into nine boxes and cut them out along the guide lines.
when we have nine pieces, we proceed to put them in our frame.
we remove again our chips and proceed to decorate it as desired
Once we have our frame decorated, we put our tiles back in order and then slide them to the sides to mess it up. In this way we finish the puzzle and we can share it, remembering that the rule is to slide the tiles sideways to reveal the hidden image.
