Reflective Bike Leg Strap

Got tired of my pants getting dirty from my chain, so I made my own leg straps.

I bought a yard of reflective fabric from a fabric store for 4 dollars, velcro from Walmart, and a sewing machine from a dumpster a few years ago. (sewing machine is optional)

You'll need scissors too

Cut the fabric to a suitable length, this varies by calf size. Cut  a square of velcro and put it on opposing sides (on the ends) of the fabric.

I would suggest sewing the velcro to the fabric, it will keep the sticky from wearing off of the velcro.
