Reheating Mandarin Pancakes
Mandarin pancakes are enjoyed in Chinese dishes, such as Peking duck and moo shu pork. They can be made at home (if you are feeling ambitious), but are also available in the frozen section of Asian markets.
Quickly reheating these purchased pancakes is a trick. Microwaving dries out the pancakes and can leave unpleasing, crusty edges. Steaming them in a bamboo basket can take a long time, as the steam must penetrate through the basket and then stack of pancakes.
Here's a solution: boil a some water and hang the pancakes over chopsticks to steam until heated through. Reheating only takes 1-2 minutes, and you are ready to serve!

Remove Pancakes From Freezer
Remove the pancakes from the freezer at least 10 minutes before steaming so that they are easy enough to separate.
Boil Water
Boil a couple of inches of water in a pot that is narrow enough for the chopsticks to fit across.
Steam Pancakes
Carefully separate the pancakes in the frozen stack. Hang the pancakes on chopsticks over the boiling water for 1-2 minutes, until heated through. (Wooden chopsticks are probably better than plastic.)
