Replacing a Fuel Return Line.

Due to the age of my 1999 honda civic, I wanted a fresh fuel return line in the engine bay. The original route consists of two hoses and a hard line at the fuel injectors.

I bought a reel of gasoline rated hose and went to work.

Removing the Old Connections.

The hard line was held by two 10mm bolts. Removing those and the hose connections at the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel return line, I put these aside.

Making the Connections.

Using stainless steel hose clamps I made the connections at the pressure regulator and the return line. I made sure the clamps were tight.

I used a zip tie to secure the loose section of the hose. I started the car and she works just fine now! This new fuel hose line should provide several years of service!
