First time I had rice pudding was when I visited India a couple of years ago. Since then I've been craving Rice pudding.
This recipe reproduce the Indian one quite well.

It's an easy recipe everyone can successfully make!

Ingredients (2 servings):
2 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup rice (long or short grain)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raisin
2 tbsp honey

Cook It

In a skillet combine milk, rice and salt. Bring it to a boil then let simmer at low heat for about 20-25 min or until rice is tender (stir occasionally).
Remove from heat and add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Return to heat and let cook until it thicken (about 5-10 min).
Remove from heat, grab 1/4 cup raisin and throw them in. Stir well.

Refrigerate and Serve
