Ridiculously Easy Peel Hard-Boiled Eggs! What? No Way!
Don't you hate trying to peel hard-boiled eggs and in the process you rip the egg apart trying to get the peel off?
Me too!
Let's delve into our third-grade (okay, maybe 4th) science memory bank and get those peels off without our eggs looking like something that came out of a garden hose.
Required ingredients:
-eggs
-water
-ice
Required supplies:
-large pot
-slotted spoon
No need for:
-vinegar
-salt
-bad attitudes
If you follow this guide EXACTLY as it states, you will never have egg issues again! The peel will come right off like a silk sheet over a glass orb. Plus, following this guide correctly ensures that a quail will visit you in your sleep and christen your sheets with glitter and freshly laid fried eggs.
Put Some Water in a Pot
BUT DON'T YOU DARE LEAVE THE EGGS IN! TAKE THEM OUT!
Make That Water Boil
Pretty self-explanatory but here's a pretty picture anyway!
Make sure that pot is covered so too much steam doesn't escape, man.
Put the Eggs in and Boil
Use a slotted spoon to gently place eggs direct from the fridge into the boiling water. Don't let those eggs get to room temperature or you'll mess it all up! Also make sure the eggs don't have any small hairline cracks either otherwise they won't work and you'll end up with water that looks like wonton soup.
Turn the heat down a trifle and boil eggs for exactly 13 minutes!
Ice Ice Baby, Na-n, Na-n, Na-n-n-n
Now rapidly cool the eggs off by running cold water over them. Once it's almost full with water add a whole bunch of ice to turn the whole thing into an ice bath for eggs.
Let them sit in that icy hell for 15 minutes.
Next, get the defibrillator ready as those eggs are in a state of hypothermic shock. CLEAR...ZAP!
Naked!!
Gently tap, and even more gently roll the eggs on a hard surface. Peel those shells off until the eggs are naked and afraid.
Out of respect for the fight against illegal egg trafficking, no picture of naked eggs will be shown. Just kidding, view at your own risk. You'll have to use your reading comprehension skills for this one...errr.
DONE!
Now enjoy making deviled eggs or eating them whole or hiding them around your house and waiting for your spouse to wonder that that smell is or whatever you do with hard-boiled eggs.
Nailed It!
Think you nailed it?
Prove it!
Follow this guide and post your awesome pictures below of your successfully peeled hard-boiled eggs and I'll give you a totally awesome egg patch! Creative photos are preferred : /
