Ring the Bell Trio: Oui, Love Detector, Coral Garden

Ingredients for Oui Ring:
- 1 gold glue-on ring back
- 1 Oui charm
- 1 antique brass pretty petals bead cap
- 1 glass bead, 4 mm
- 2 inches antique brass wire, 28 gauge

Ingredients for the Love Detector ring:
- 1 love detector charm
- 1 filigree ring band
- 1 brass micro fastener and nut, ¼ inch
- ¼ inch deerskin leather lacing or small scrap of leather, approx. ¼ inch x ¼ inch*
- 1 vintage plastic flower
- 1 glass bead, 4 mm
- 1 brass head pin, 1 inch

Ingredients for Coral Garden Ring:
- 1 silver glue on ring back
- 1 large flat mother of pearl button
- 1 coral heart

Tools for all three rings:
- Wire cutter
- Chain nose pliers
- Round nose pliers
- Liver of Sulphur
- 527 glue
1.8 mm Euro Punch pliers or Two-hole Punch
- White acrylic paint
- Paint brush
- Paper towels

Oui Ring

Ingredients:
- 1 gold glue-on ring back
- 1 Oui charm
- 1 antique brass pretty petals bead cap
- 1 glass bead, 4 mm
- 2 inches antique brass wire, 28 gauge

Tools:
- Wire cutter
- Chain nose pliers
- Round nose pliers
- Liver of Sulphur

Darken Oui Charm

Use Liver of Sulphur to darken the Oui charm by following package directions. Set charm aside to dry.

Create the Flower

With round nose pliers fold petals outward on bead cap. Feed the 28 gauge wire through the bead until the bead in centered on the wire. Fold wire ends down and feed through the loop on the Oui charm. Wrap excess wire around the loop to secure the bead cap and bead onto the front of the charm.

Attach Charm to Ring

Place a small drop of glue in the center of the glue pad on the ring back. Press securely onto the center of the back of the Oui charm. Allow to dry for 24 hours before wearing.

Love Detector Ring

Ingredients:
- 1 love detector charm
- 1 filigree ring band
- 1 brass micro fastener and nut, ¼ inch
- ¼ inch deerskin leather lacing or small scrap of leather, approx. ¼ inch x ¼ inch*
- 1 vintage plastic flower
- 1 glass bead, 4 mm
- 1 brass head pin, 1 inch

Tools:
- Wire cutter
- Chain nose pliers
- Round nose pliers
- 1.8 mm Euro Punch pliers or Two-hole Punch
- White acrylic paint
- Paint brush
- Paper towels

Paint Love Detector Letters

Apply paint to surface of Love Detector charm. Avoid arrow. Wipe off excess leaving paint only in the indented letters as shown.

Create and Attach Flower to Charm

Thread head pin with bead and plastic flower. Loop head pin and attach flower charm to loop on Love Detector charm.

Punch a Hole in the Ring and Attach Charm

Punch a hole in the center of the Filigree Ring Band. Punch a hole in the center of the leather scrap. Feed a micro fastener through the band from the inside out. Stack the leather scrap and the Love Detector onto the micro fastener and then use the nut to secure the fastener to the ring. You may wish to hold the nut with the chain nose pliers as you tighten the fastener.

* The scrap of leather secures the charm against the ring band. Without the leather the charm will rotate as you wear the ring.

Coral Garden Ring

Ingredients:
- 1 silver glue on ring back
- 1 large flat mother of pearl button
- 1 coral heart

Tools:
- 527 glue

Attach Button to Ring

Place small drop of glue on the glue pad on the ring back. Press into back of mother of pearl button. Allow to dry for 24 hours.

Attach Heart to Ring

Place small drop of glue in center of button, Press heart into glue and wipe excess glue off quickly. Allow to dry 24 hours before wearing.
