programmable click for cell phone screen

In this project I have made an arduino mega controlled cell phone touchscren tester this project was made to test if the capacitance of a screen with respect to the load ground or the headphone input can be used to play different linear games such as taps.

the materials

gutter (it is inexpensive and can be obtained at any hardware store)

2 servos sg90 (the cheapest)

charging cable that you don't use for your cell phone

1 raisin motor

1 A4988 driver

1 drawer slide

1 m8 threaded rod and nut

1 printed pieces

2 m6 bolts and nuts

1 smartphone or keyboard

glue gun

Arduino can be of any type in this case using a due but I will leave everything modified for a mega, micro, uno, etc. Más información sobre este texto de origenPara obtener más información sobre la traducción, se necesita el texto de origen Enviar comentarios Paneles laterales Historial Guardado Contribuir

Imprimimos Las Piezas

there are about 7 pieces
-flexible coupling (it is modified so that it is only printed in PLA but it would be great if they print the crosshead in nijaflex)

-the part that holds the nut for the threaded rod

-the pieces for the arm

We assemble the pieces in the piece of the thread in the drawer slide then we place the rod in the piece and we place the flexible couplings both to the motor and to the rod

Then we cut the gutters and leave a hole in the shape of a square according to the size of the servo, then we glued it with silicone, to have greater adherence, we assembled the servo arm with the printed parts and it would be something like the image.

Batteries

grease the rod and stick any battery to the tip of the servo can be used to detect the capacitance of the screen through the negative pole the click

In this part I am leaving you the code to control the servos and the stepper motor in this part you can modify the code to place the appropriate parameters depending on the activity you want the robot to perform on the smartphone or tablet screen

you can modify the circuit as you want both to use it for games or for repetitive linear programming
