Rocket Theme Table Design in Tinkercad



I want to design furniture on space theme start with Tinkercad because its easy interface and drop& drag shapes to make design. Tinkercad’s any interface allow to export design in 2D & 3D files for fabrication and 3d printing.
I design this furniture project for validation purpose, if it pass fabrication test i will make actual furniture with same design.
Let’s start to make design with Tinkercad.
Supplies
1> laptop or computer for design
2> Rough measurement of furniture for scale model or use Imagination for design.
Use Tinkercad for design and Fusion360 for Rendering.

1> make top round glass table 100 x 100 x 3 mm.
2> design outer glass ring 103 x 103 x 3 mm. match with top glass and fix with it.
3> make a rocket shape combine with various shape to support glass top from bottom side.
4> place cylinder at bottom of rocket shape to support from bottom in size of 5 x 5 mm.
5> make a base using combined small balls as represent thrust of rocket while liftoff.
Render Design in Fusion360.



I use fusion360 for render my design.
Fusion360 allow to apply texture, paint, color to our model and apply render environment for better render images.
Use glass material for table top.
Apply wooden material for space shuttle.
Apply White paint for exhaust gases or base of table.
Export File for 3d Printt
For 3d printing i export design file in .STL format from Tinkercad.
here is a problem with Tinkercad is we need to add assembly joint in design is complex job.
I use fusion360 to change in design and make slots inside design to 3d print our design.
Also we use Adhesive to join all individual parts together.
3D Print Scaled Model.


I use Ender-3 for 3d print my scaled model. Also use 3mm acrylic as top glass.
Use below parameter for good 3d print model.
Layer Height= 0.2mm
Wall thickness=3
Top/Bottom= 4 layers
Material = PLA
Nozzle temp.= 210
Bed temp=50
Infill= 15%
Support = as per required
Use Adhesive for join top glass on 3D Printed part.
