Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Face Paint
You'll go down in history as the famous reindeer of all with this Rudolph inspired face paint (as created by Heather Green, known then as Heather Banks, in the 2008 book "The Face Painting Book of Holiday Designs).
Sketch Out the Face
I began by using a light brown face paint (Mehron Paradise in Light Brown) to sketch out the outline of Rudolph's face.
Fill It In
Next, I used a mix of light and dark brown shades to fill it in. I also blended in a bit of bronze eye shadow (from the e.l.f. Prism Shadow palette) to bring out a cleaner and bright effect. Also, I made sure to leave my upper lip, insides of the "ears" and the hair on top blank to fill in with white.
Add White
Then, I filled in the empty spaces with my white, as well as added the fur also in white on both sides, following my jawline.
Red Nose, Pink Cheeks, and Pink Ears
Then, I painted my nose with the iconic red. Then, I finger painted some light pink to my cheeks for blush, and used of that as well as pink shadow for the insides of the ears.
Outline With Black
Then, I outlined all of my features with black, as well as drew in some antlers and some whiskers.
Finishing Touches
For the final touches, I added red glitter to my red nose, then painted the bottom lip with black.
Famous Reindeer of All!
Now, all of the people will love you, as they shout out with glee, "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, you truly went down in face painting history!
