In this Instructable We are going to see the making of simple Door Bell for our rooms, this project is simplest one even made by beginners very well and very cheap .this project costs $1-$2.

Most of them want privacy on their room, this Door Bell may use to avoid the interruption of others. Simply make this project and fix it on your room, this may help to ask the permission to entering by others.

This Door Bell may also used by main Door Bell of the house.

This Door Bell circuit contains two normal NPN transistors (BC 547) and a musical transistor BT 66 T19L.This circuit consumes 3-4.5V.The amount of volume of the Door Bell is increased by increasing the Voltage level.

Mark the required size on PCB board and cut it out.

Assemble the circuit by give plan.

Solder the wire on the terminals of speaker and connect the speaker to the circuit board.

MAKE THE COVER FOR DOORBELL

Because of choosing the Soap Box for this project, normally it contains holes on bottom this will help to spread the speaker sound.

Take the Soap Box; this contains two parts top and bottom parts.

We are going to fix the speaker on Soap Box bottom side ( hole side) by using the Glue Gun.

Mount the plastic bushes on bottom of the circuit board by the help of Super Glue.

Take the top part of the Soap Box; place the circuit board on it by the help of Super Glue.

MAKE THE DOORBELL SWITCH

Normally the switch of the Door Bell was fixed from long from the bell, so it requires the long wire.

Here I am using the twisted pair of wires you can use any type wire.

Make a small hole on the Soap Box’s top part.

Solder the long wire on the + ve and – ve point of the circuit.

Pass the wire through that hole.

I am splitting the positive wire (red wire),and solder the wire came from the circuit board with the positive pin of the battery cap.

Solder the long red wire with negative pin of the battery cap.

Don’t confuse the color of wire is not important, the long black wire is directly connected to the negative point of the circuit. Now connect the push button switch on the end of wire.

If the switch is pressed the circuit gets closed and the tone was generated

Place the switch on any plastic cover (here I am using the tic tac box as a cover).

Close the soap box and stick it around with the insulation tape.

Now the Door Bell is ready.

Place the Door Bell on your room and place the switch outside of the room.

If anyone want asks the permission to enter the room just press the button of the switch and the Door Bell will initiates you.

The working of this Door Bell is super click here to watch the working of this door bell.

This is not my own circuit I just reference the websites for this circuit.

For any doubt on making of this circuit you will directly ask to me.

Any suggestion for this please mentions it with your comments.
