Salt Dough Smilies

Easy and fun for the children

Measuring cups
Food coloring
Straw
Cheese Spreader
Large Bowl
Rolling Pin
Cookie Sheet
Tupperwear and Lid
Wax Paper
Flour
Water
Salt

Add 2 cups of flour 1 cup of water and 1 cup of salt into a large bowl
Mix and knead untill the dough turned into a ball
refrigerate dough in Tupperware for about a 1 hour
Roll out the dough with rolling pin untill flat
Add food coloring (what ever color you would like) mix colors into ball of dough
Roll out dough again with rolling pin
Cut dough with cheese spreader into a circle
Use straw to make eyes and mouth

Set the oven to 250 degrees
Take piece of wax paper and lay it on cookie sheet
Place salt dough smilies on cookie sheet and place in oven
Leave smilies in oven for about 2 hours of untill firm
