Sausage Crust Pie
you will want to get all your ingredients out which is listed in the supplies
Supplies
sausage or bacon, eggs, milk, cheese, any kind of veg you want to put in, and seasoning.
Making the Sausage (bacon) Crust
heat the oven to 425 degrees. then you will want to put the sausage on the pie pan by laying the stripes in the pan and alone the sides. after you have the sausage put in the pan you will want to put it in the oven for about 10 minutes to get the sausage a little crispy.
Making the Egg Filling
as the sausage crust is baking now is the time to make the egg filling. you put the eggs in your mixing bowl and scrabble the eggs. then you will want to add the other ingredients you want to put in.
Pulling Out the Sausage Crust and Filling It
after a few moments went by it is time to pull the crust out of the oven and pour the egg filing into the pan.
Putting in the Oven
now that it is all in the pan you are ready to put it in the oven. (oven times may very) I had it in for about 25 mintues.
Taking Out of Oven and Letting It Cool
once it is done, pull it out of the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Eating Pie Time
now is the time you can cut the pie and eat it and enjoy. you can eat it as is or add some fruit and other things and make it a brunch.
