Savory, Crunchy Turkey Salad
This is the classic way to use up leftover holiday turkey.
Even kids and adults who don't like turkey will probably go for this recipe, which adds flavor, crunch and moistness to the traditionally dry bird.

Ingredients
2 cups turkey pieces, cubed
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 stalks celery'
1 small onion
Salt & pepper to to taste
Dash garlic powder (optional)

Dice Celery and Onion
Dice celery and onion. This will give the salad its savor and crunch.
Mix Together All Ingredients & Serve
In a large bowl, add the turkey, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. If using garlic powder, be sparing. Although it gives the salad a 'kick' you don't want it to overpower the other flavors.
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate until just cool. Serve alone on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, on crusty bread as a sandwich, or on crackers as an afternoon snack.
