Savory Petit Four

Generally when you say Petit Four (A french word which means : small oven) You visualize tiny cakes...well  petit four could also come in the savory range :-) and for parties it's a snap! looks elegant, tastes good and is easy to make!

Ingredients

Ingredients :
Bread
Egg

To make filling:
Chicken   - boiled with salt and chilli powder and then shreded
Onions     -finely chopped
Carrot      - grated
Tomatoes - finely chopped
a herb of your choice finely chopped
salt to taste

Make Your Curry

In your pan...add oil, a little ginger and garlic and then the onions, mix
now add your grated carrots and tomatoes and cook....
sprinkle a bit of salt to taste
add your boiled and shredded chicken and cook
lastly add your favorite herb finely chopped! I love the flavor of parsley or mint!

Once curry is totally cooled at 1 or more eggs according to the quantity of your curry...this is to help the curry bind to the bread

Assembling

Cut slices of bread into squares
place curry on them.
If you want to deep fry your petit four...place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes before frying.
If you are baking it ...then grate your cheese on top and bake.
It's that simple and very tasty...try it...as it's very simply you can do it any time and quickly!
