An edible spray bacteria seasoning.
Turn any meal into a healthy immune-system workout! Schmutz can be made in a variety of different bacterial densities and flavors :D

Necessary Equipment

For this instructable you will need:

beaker (or mixing bowls)

magnetic mixer (or willingness to hand mix well)

spray bottle

Collect Your Ingredients

Pick up your favorite your favorite olive oil, ketchup, mustard, or any condiment from a local store. You will also need any non-pasteurized kombucha drink.

Mixing

create your mix of Kombucha and condiment. Example shown here is equal parts olive oil and kombucha.

Depending on your condiment you will need to add a different amount of Kombucha to get the right consistency.

Bottle

Add your mixed schmutz to your spray bottle.

example uses UV glass to keep bacteria alive longer, as well as some label fun

You are now ready to spray your Schmutz on your food! Feel free to experiment with your ratio to get your taste just right.
