Sesame Street

This was so simple you purchase 5 yards of tule and cut it in to stips and knot it around a ribbon that wraps around the waist. You hot clue eyes and cut out noses and cookies from felt and hot glue to skirts. For big bird I hot glued feathers to a plain white shirt. and for Oscar I just took a regular baby hat and hot glued craft moss to it and added eyes and eyebrows.
