This project combines two of my favorite hobbies, 3D printing and old fashioned shaving. Whether you've gotten a shave at a barber or use a shave brush at home, nothing beats a good lather and a nice brush. When you're traveling however, the last thing you want to do is bend, crease, or otherwise damage your nice badger brush.

Being a student I have access to and more experience in Solidworks, so that is what I used for this project. In the Thingiverse folder I've included both the STL and raw SLDPRT files.

Using a standard 0.4mm nozzle I recommend printing 2 or 3 walls depending on the part. For the Bottom I prefer 3 to fill in the part more fully, but I found that using 2 walls instead of 3 on the top can cut an hour or more off print time without compromising strength. The tolerances are designed to be fairly large so the parts slide easily, but still maintain a good lock.

P.S. I don't have any wood filled filament to try this, but it would probably look really awesome made in wood.
