Shrimp and Spinach Pasta

Good afternoon, dear viewers and readers. Today I want to show you how to make shrimp and spinach pasta in just 20 minutes.

Supplies

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps 300 g.
  • Spinach 50 g.
  • One cloves of garlic.
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil.
  • Pasta noodles
  • Cream 200 ml.
  • Chicken broth 200 ml.
  • Cherry tomatoes.
  • Grated pormesan cheese.

Essential Equipment

  • Chopping Board
  • Sharp Knife
  • Frying Pan
  • Wooden Spatula (or similar)

Heat the oil in a frying pan, once hot, add the garlic. After two 2 minutes, remove the garlic from the pan.

Place the shrimp on the rosemary sprigs. Then fry the shrimps on each side for 5 minutes. After remove the shrimp from the pan. Add salt and pepper as you wish.

Next, add chicken broth to the pan. Then put the pasta noodles in a frying pan, then pour cream. Add salt and pepper as you wish.

Simmer all ingredients over low heat for 10 minutes.

Then add spinach and simmer everything for 1 or 2 minutes. Mix the cherry tomatoes and spinach separately, adding the olive oil and garlic salt.

Swirl onto plates and serve immediately. Sprinkle the prepared dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
